Opeth have announced a bunch of European tour dates for the fall; dates, the band said, that were “in support of their forthcoming new studio album.” Those concerts will take place in November, so fans have naturally begun to assume that said forthcoming new studio album would probably be released in or around that month.

And, hey, September is around that month! Which may be when the album is, indeed, dropping. It appears that Opeth’s tour manager, Jasper Schurrmans Stekhoven, told someone on Facebook that the album would be released in “September probably,” and that someone took a screen cap and blew up Jasper’s spot on Reddit:

While you ponder that, we’ll stay glued to the interwebs for more updates. Europeans and those of means to travel to Europe, here are those upcoming Opeth tour dates:

Nov 08: Munich Backstage Werk, Germany
Nov 09: Milan Alcatraz, Italy
