Video: Meshuggah’s “Bleed” in 11 Different Drum Styles

For his latest act of percussionist magic, Decrepit Birth drummer and YouTube supahstahhh Samus “66Samus” Paulicelli has made the below video, in which he performs Meshuggah’s “Bleed” in eleven different styles, including those of Metallica, AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Slipknot, Lamb of God, and more. As usual, Samus nailed it, to the point where the song sometimes barely sounds recognizable (see: the Mike Portnoy and Joey Jordison sections), and sometimes becomes something rather different from the original, but still awesome in unique ways (see: the Phil Rudd and Nicko McBrain sections). It’s fun stuff.
