Update, 2:32 p.m.: Yup, the band is releasing Seven Inches of Satanic Panic, featuring “two special tracks from the 1969 archives.” Learn more here.

Update, 9:26 a.m.: Vince points out that at the 4:20 mark of the video, Papa Emeritus holds up a 7″ called Seven Inches of Satanic Panic. The video is also set on September 13, 1969, which will be fifty years ago tomorrow. So perhaps the 7″ is coming out tomorrow…? We’ll see!

The mystery of Ghost’s upcoming super-duper-extra-special-deluxe reissue of Prequelle deepens! At least somewhat. See, the band has released a new song and video, “Kiss the Go-Goat.” Now, last month, FYE posted a listing online for a Ghost 7″ featuring two new songs, one of which was — you guessed it — “Kiss the Go-Goat.” Although that listing eventually evaporated, the band has since announced the Prequelle re-release, Prequelle Exalted, which will include… yup… a 7″ with two new songs. Of which, presumably, “Kiss the Go-Goat” is one.

Thing is, the band still has yet to confirm this. I mean, they’ve confirmed the release of Prequelle Exalted, but not the titles of the new songs. I can’t imagine this isn’t one of the new songs, but it is somewhat odd that they’re not shouting it from the rooftops.

Check out “Kiss the Go-Goat” via the below music video, which is quite droll. We’ll let you know when it’s confirmed for Prequelle Exalted. In the meantime, that package comes out September 27, and can be pre-ordered here.
