This Is How Many Spotify Streams Metallica Got in 2019

Metallica have revealed the number of streams they received from Spotify in 2019, and unsurprisingly, it’s a massive number: over a billion individual song streams. The PRP notes that “With Metallica being one of the rare few bands who own the rights to their masters, the streams likely gave them a nice seven figure boost to their bank accounts.”
