Snoop Dogg Joins Guns N’ Roses*

*Sort of not really.

In actuality, Mr. Dogg opened for Guns N’ Roses before their headlining set last night (January 31) as part of the Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest at American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida. Afterwards, he and GN’R’s three core members — Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan — posed for some photos together, one of which Snoop shared while declaring himself a “New member of the group.” In a separate Instagram post, McKagan also expressed enthusiasm for the unusual bill… but it’s hard not to notice how fucking miserable Rose looks in the photos. Dunno what that’s about.

The closest we’ll ever get to Snoop actually joining GN’R is probably this mash-up of “Paradise City” and “The Next Episode”… although Slash and Snoop have performed together a coupla times in the past, too.
