Amon Amarth Announce New Mobile Video Game, Berserker

0

It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for: Amon Amarth are back with a new game for us to gleefully waste all of our time playing! In 2017, the band put out their first mobile video game with Vikings and hammers and lightning, and now they’ve announced another one… with vikings and hammers and lightning.

The Swedish warriors’ latest video game entry is titled after their latest album Berserker, and follows the character Thor, whose objective is to seize England from the king. The press releases elaborates:

“Embark on a perilous journey through seven new levels, set on the shores of medieval England, where danger never sleeps. Knights, archers, cavalry, and crucifix-wielding monks will try their best to stop Thor in his tracks. Show them the hard way why that is a huge mistake! Battle your way through seven levels to the final boss challenge! Can you save England from its evil King? To keep the game from aging like spoiled mead, there are also 30 new and challenging possible achievements to push you to the limit — and keep you coming back for more!”

Berserker will arrive February 21 for $4, and will be available in the iOS App Store, Google Play, and Ride & Crash Games AB online. You can watch a trailer below.
