August Burns Red Stream New Single “Bones”

I’ve spent the past fifteen years giving zero fucks about August Burns Red, but I am legit stoked to hear their new album, Guardians. Why? ‘Cause I really liked the first single, “Defender,” AND I really like the second single, “Bones.” This is some catchy early-mid aughts metalcore shit right here. I’m into it!

And now I’m listening to their 2017 album, Phantom Anthem, to see if their sound has changed dramatically or something, and it hasn’t, and I’m really liking Anthem as well. Could it possibly be that I’ve horribly misjudged this band? Nah. I’m a perfect being who is incapable of mistakes. Surely, my previous dislike of ABR’s music was someone else’s fault. Probably Obama’s.
