Photos of Carcass, Possessed, Vio-Lence, Gatecreeper and Intronaut at the Decibel Metal & Beer Fest Los Angeles 2019
MetalSucks contributing photographer Tom Delgado had the privilege of attending the 2019 incarnation of the Decibel Magazine Metal & Beer Fest Los Angeles this past December and came back to your MetalSucks editors positively raving about the experience!
Tom tells us that Vio-Lence “stole the show of the entire fest,” with the crowd screaming as loud as the band was playing, and that frontman Sean Killian had the audience in the palm of his hand the whole time. He also came away over the moon about Carcass, who he tells us “sounded so tight and crisp ripping through so much brutal material,” and that the audience delighted in chants of “BILL! BILL! BILL!” for guitarist Bill Steer between songs.
Which is to say nothing of the rest of the amazing bands that played this year’s festival! Tom had a blast watching Possessed, Gatecreeper and Intronaut, too, among others. Have a look at some of his photos of the event below.
