Carnifex Release “Isolation Mix” of New Song “Cursed”

Carnifex have released a new song, “Cursed,” which the bands says “was written during our downtime from the Covid-19 pandemic.” We know that not being able to tour hit the band to the tune of $250,000+, so it’s good to know they’ve found a creative outlet for what I’m sure must be a lot of frustration.

The track is apparently an “isolation mix,” which seems to be a euphemism for “very roughly mixed.” Presumably, the band either couldn’t get this mixed as a result of the pandemic, or they knew it sounded “good enough” to release and we’d all understand if they didn’t wanna spend money on a real mixer at this juncture.

In any case, the song came out as okay enough BDMcore.
