As riots erupt around the U.S., citizens continue to be outraged by the murder of Minneapolis resident George Floyd at the hands of a police officer, the latest in a never-ending procession of law enforcement’s brutal and unjust treatment of black people.

A number of notable rock and metal celebrities have shared their thoughts on the matter via social media. Here’s a collection of some bands and artists in the rock and metal community that have shared their feelings on Floyd’s murder and the ongoing riots over the past couple of days.
