Darkest Hour’s Mike Schleibaum on The Quarantinecast #15

0

You’re quarantined, we’re quarantined, everyone’s quarantined, including all the metal musicians you love. In our new series, The MetalSucks Quarantinecast, we’re connecting with metal musicians in their homes to find out how they’re coping with isolation, how they’re staying busy during these trying times, and how the coronavirus pandemic has impacted their band’s plans.

Darkest Hour guitarist Mike Schleibaum joins us this week from his Riff Dojo lair in our nation’s capital. Mike details the challenges involved in keeping up with the band’s Patreon, as well as staying on top of emerging technology and trends. He also reveals he’s been chatting with metal musicians he hasn’t seen in years as a result of the lockdown, talks about the likelihood of the band’s rescheduled tour with Misery Signals happening, his discomfort with wearing masks becoming a fashion statement and more.
