Poll: How Much Has Corey Taylor’s Solo Material Improved Your Life?

0

Why is this night different from all other nights? Because on all other nights we ask, “But what does Corey Taylor think?”, and on this night, we ask, “What do YOU think?”.

It’s been nearly two weeks since Corey Taylor released his first two solo songs, “CMFT Must Be Stopped” (featuring Tech N9ne and Kid Bookie) and “Black Eyes Blue,” and since then, life has irrevocably changed. My sister and myself called one another at the exact same time in tears after hearing these tracks, thus ending an estrangement of nearly forty years; Vince, who has long suffered from horrible gluten allergies, has apparently been eating nothing but glutenous foods, and without consequence; my dog became pregnant and birthed a litter of perfectly house trained puppies less than ten minutes after I first played the songs. Corey’s solo material is, inarguable, a bona fide miracle-maker.

Not that we expected anything less than spectacular from Corey Taylor, who may yet turn out to be the Messiah. Still, even if we knew that Corey’s solo work would be life-changing, no one could have predicted that it would be this life changing.

And so, in the interest of uniting over this most marvelous of occurrences, we thought it would be a great time to share all the ways in which Corey’s solo songs have improved our lives. To what degree is YOUR life better because Corey put this music out into the world? Vote below, and then head to the comments section to share your story with the community!!!
