Video: ’90s Guns N’ Roses Semi-Reunion With Lzzy Hale on Vocals
If you’ve been longing for three-sixths of “The Spaghetti Incident?”-era Guns N’ Roses to reunite, well, this is your lucky day.
Slash, Matt Sorum, and Gilby Clarke all came together to play “Come Together” by the Beatles over the weekend as part of the Morrison Hotel Gallery’s (De)Tour charity event to benefit MusiCares and NIVA (the National Independent Venue Association).
Rounding out the line-up was Halestorm’s Lzzy Hales on guitar/vocals, singer/songwriter/producer Linda Perry, Ozzy bassist Blasko, and pianist Mike Garson (Nine Inch Nails, Smashing Pumpkins).
You can watch video of that performance below. The vid also includes a performance of AC/DC’s “It’s a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock ‘n’ Roll),” only with Cheap Trick’s Robin Zander in place of Slash.
