Final ‘Slay at Home’ Streaming Festival Lineup Announced

For the past year, Metal Injection has been entertaining the cooped up masses with a free monthly streaming concert dubbed Slay at Home featuring both exclusive band performances and all-star bedroom cover collaborations. With life returning to normal and touring gearing up for the summer, they’re now putting the festival to bed… but not before one final two-day blowout featuring its most impressive line-up yet.

Starting at 3pm EDT on both June 18 and 19 — different lineups each day — viewers will be treated to exclusive performances by Lacuna Coil, Rotting Christ, Wolfheart, Cannabis Corpse, Gost, Replicire, Fractal Universe, Steve N’ Seagulls, Black Tusk and a couple dozen more. Those sets will be interspersed by cover collaborations featuring members of Deftones, Incubus, Megadeth, Killwitch Engage, Cavalera Conspiracy, Type O Negative, Suffocation, Carcass and a couple dozen more there too. WOW!

As usual, Slay at Home will serve as a fundraiser, this time benefitting Musicares, The Iggy Fund, The Cancer Research Institute, and National Alliance On Mental Illness.

And, for the first time ever, the event will feature live industry panels: “Monetizing Metal,” “No Longer A Boys’ Club” and “The Future Of Touring In Post-Pandemic,” taking place before the performances kick off each day.
