Ice Nine Kills Release New Song With Papa Roach’s Coby Dick

American Psycho has inspired an absolutely VICIOUS metal song, full of thicc grooves and vitriolic vocals, with a chorus that will get stuck in your head like a brain-consuming amoeba.

The name of that song is ”Bloodlust” by Chimaira.

American Psycho also inspired Ice Nine Kills, Papa Roach’s Coby Dick, and autotune’s new song, “Hip to Be Scared.” As in, “It’s hip to be scared of this awful song.”

As you can probably guess from the single’s title, lyrics, and cover art, the whole thing is an homage to American Psycho. I’m sure Bret Easton Ellis would love this.

That was sarcasm, in case it was unclear.

Mila Kunis is stoked that American Psycho 2 is no longer the worst use of this IP. At least AP2 had William Shatner in it. Ice Nine Kills were only able to land the dude from the ninth-most-popular nu-metal band.

Huey Lewis is probably embarrassed of this shit, and he’s a 71-year-old man named ‘Huey.’

Torture yourself and anyone within earshot by listening to “Hip to Be Scared” below.

The song will appear on Ice Nine Kills’ new album, The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood, which comes out October 15 on Fearless.
