Rivers of Nihil Release Instrumental Playthrough Video for “MORE?”

It’s been barely more than a week since Rivers of Nihil released “Focus,” the last single from their forthcoming album, The Work… and they’ve already unveiled ANOTHER new song — titled, appropriately, “MORE?”! What did you all do to be so lucky???

Alright, so, there is a minor caveat: This is an instrumental playthrough video, meaning you’re denied the full, final, for really-real version of the track with Jake Dieffenbach’s monstrous, commanding vocals. To paraphrase a wise man, Dieffenbach’s bellows really tie the room together.

The trade-off is that not only do you get 90% of a killer new Rivers of Nihil song, but you get to watch the band’s other members — guitarist Brody Uttley and Jon Topore, bassist Adam Biggs, and drummer Jared Klein — actually play the track, which is a total joy. This is some virtuoso shit right here.

Peep the “MORE?” playthrough video below. The Work drops September 24 on Metal Blade, and it fucking rules. Listen to the first single, “Clean,” here, and pre-order the album here.
