Rammstein Guitarist’s Emigrate Drops New Single, Announces Album

Following “Freeze My Mind,” the single that Rammstein guitarist Richard Z. Kruspe’s Emigrate project released in August, the band has announced a new album, The Persistence Of Memory, and a fresh single to go along with it.

“You Can’t Run Away,” like the prior single, is more straight-ahead hard rock than the music from Kruspe’s day job band, but it’s no less catchy, a mid-paced groove charging through the band’s eminently singable chorus and some of the same sonic elements as Rammstein. I’d fuck with this for sure.

You can watch the music video below. The Persistence Of Memory, which arrives on November 5, will be Emigrate’s first new album since A Million Degrees in 2018; pre-order here.
