Ex-Saliva Singer Josey Scott Was Looking for “Nothin’ But Good Time” and Ended Up Singing with Poison
During last night’s Poison concert in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the band were closing out their set with “Nothin’ but a Good Time” when a completely unexpected guest was called out on stage to a relatively middling reaction from the crowd. Josey Scott, the Saliva frontman of “Your Disease” and “Click Click Boom” fame, came strutting out on stage to sing along on the classic hit.
Now, you may not remember but Saliva was supposed to reunite until they suddenly weren’t and then they suddenly were. Honestly, it’s not really that important to remember the whole saga.
Apparently, Scott was at the Poison show, which was separate from the ongoing Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison, and Joan Jett tour, while on a date night with his wife when he was called on stage to perform. You can see how he did in the YouTube video below.
In an Instagram post after the fact, he gushed about the experience.
“What an amazing date night with my beautiful wife Kendra, watching Bret Michaels and Poison rock out in front of a sold out BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and he even brought me out on stage to do ‘Nothin But A Good Time’ in front of 18,000 screaming rock n’ roll fans! What class act Bret is! Also, thank you to Tom Keifer from Cinderella as well, for letting me meet him! What a dream come true night! Wow! This is one for the books!
