Great American Ghost Announce Headlining Tour with 156/Silence and Hazing Over
Boston’s own Great American Ghost are going to be tearing across the U.S. for a 24-date slate of headlining shows in support of their Torture World EP. Starting October 27 in Rochester, New York and ending on November 20 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the five-piece will be taking 156/Silence and Hazing Over along for the ride.
This latest batch of shows comes fresh off the heels of the band’s U.S. summer tour as openers for fellow labelmates Enterprise Earth.
Recorded earlier this year via MNRK Heavy and produced by Will Putney, Torture World is the followup to the band’s 2019 full-length album Power Through Terror. According to the band, their latest EP was recorded during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when lockdowns coupled with personal issues made it difficult for bands to gather and record their own music. Regardless, the band soldiered on to write and record the four-song EP.
