Trivium Announce Headlining North American Tour with Jinjer and Heriot
Their world tour with Between The Buried and Me may have come to an unceremonious end, but that’s not going to stop Matt Heafy and the dudes of Trivium from heading back out on the road, as they’ve just announced a North American headlining run set for later this year.
The ‘Ascend Above the Ashes’ tour is slated to kick off on October 31 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the tour will run until December 14 in Orlando, Florida. Along the way, they’ll hit a number of big spots like Quebec, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, and New Orleans, to name a few stops. It’s also important to note that not unlike most North American runs, this tour will feature multiple stops in Canada — not just Toronto and Montreal — which should excite our friends to the north.
Coming along for the ride will be special guests and Ukraine’s own Jinjer, as well as Heriot as the supporting act. Speaking of the tour itself, Heafy said he was excited to get things rolling.
