Pupil Slicer Release New Single “Nomad”
Weeks after the reveal of their forthcoming album Fleshwork, British mathcore outfit Pupil Slicer are back with another track to drum up the excitement for the new release. This time, the track in question is “Nomad.”
Vocalist and guitarist Kate Davies explained what “Nomad” was all about.
“‘Nomad’ is about living in a post truth society where people are living in entire echo chambers that allow them to get caught up in massive conspiracies and how much you can dehumanize other people. It’s about the naivety of masses to how malevolent and self-interested those in charge are and how to survive in this world that can just lie to justify actions that lead to the deaths of so many people; the idea of no one being safe besides those that make the rules in our society and that the internet is a wasteland of primarily disinformation and bad faith interactions.”
You can check out the new track for yourself below. Fleshwork will be released on November 7 via Prosthetic Records, but you can preorder your copy today.
