Foo Fighters Stream New Single “Asking For A Friend,” Announce 2026 Stadium Tour
Another year, another massive Foo Fighters tour announcement. Set to take place across some of North America’s bigger venues, the band’s first stadium tour since the ‘Everything or Nothing at All’ run sounds like it’s going to be a hell of a time — especially since Queens of the Stone Age will be direct support on all 12 stops.
The tour will kick off on August 4 in Toronto and come to a close (for now, they claim) on September 26 in Las Vegas. Along the way, they’ll make stops in Chicago, Philly, Fargo, and Vancouver, to name a few. Oh and our Canadian friends will be happy to know that five of the planned dates take place in the Great White North.
In addition to the tour announcement, Foo Fighters released their latest single “Asking For A Friend”. It’s a high energy rock song that should make most fans stoked to hear what’s coming next.

“Since our return to the stage in San Luis Obispo five weeks ago, we have been reminded of why we love and are forever devoted to doing this Foo Fighters thing. From reuniting as a band and staring at a list of 30 years worth of songs to brush off, to reimagining versions with the incredible blessing of the one and only Ilan Rubin behind the drums, to reconnecting with our amazing fans and blasting them with everything we’ve got (no matter the size of the venue) because we would not be here without them, we have the most solid core. And the sun is finally rising over the horizon.”
Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, October 28 at 10 a.m. local time. Prior to that, fans can sign up to the Foo Fighters newsletter to gain access to a special pre-sale that will start from now through Sunday, October 26 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
