New Vulvodynia Vocalist Already Accused of Sexual Assault
As a society, women can’t catch a break. As a band, Vulvodynia can’t seem to catch a break either when it comes to their vocalists. They just replaced Duncan Bentley, who they kicked out of the band in 2023 after a violent altercation, with Zion Bittenbender and, even though he’s only been in the band for a couple weeks, it seems like they’ll have to replace him as well. He’s just been accused of sexual assault, and it’s disgusting. Read the post below.
Bittenbender’s accuser broke the allegations in an Instagram posts that even included screenshot receipts of his actions. The claims are vile, as ALL sexual assault allegations are, including multiple instances of Bittenbender assaulting his partners in their sleep. He’s also been accused of dating a 16-year-old while he was 19, among other times when he’s dated women much younger than him.
The accuser also described a time where Bittenbender attempted to have sex with them, to which they said no and pulled away, which led to him forcing himself on her. This caused her to get “curled up into a ball” and Bittenbender left, only to return with blaming her and insisting she was embarrassed that she “couldn’t get turned on.” Seriously, dude? You’re piece of shit.
Vulvodynia is supposed to head out to Europe and the UK on tour with All Shall Perish, PeelingFlesh, Arcanius, and Necrotted starting November 21, but I have a feeling they may drop from the bill. Out of respect, they should.
