Sanguisugabogg, Incantation Announced as Headliners for Next Year’s Shamrock Slaughter Festival

You may not think about four-leaf clovers, leprechauns, and green beer when you listen to the sonic brutality that is Sanguisugabogg or Incantation but that association may be too strong to ignore next spring, as both bands will be headlining next year’s Shamrock Slaughter Festival.

Set to take place on March 13 and 14, the Shamrock Slaughter Festival will take place at Piere’s Entertainment Center in Ford Wayne, Indiana. Featuring more than two dozen bands from all over, the all ages event will feature acts like Atoll, Pyrexia, and Regurgitation, among others.

With an eye on the event, Gravemind Entertainment’s Braxton Keyser said he was stoked to see such a jam packed festival come together in the scene that he called home.

“I grew up in this scene, surrounded by people who live and breathe this music. ‘Shamrock Slaughter Fest‘ was built from that same passion — to bring together every part of death metal and extreme music under one roof. For our first year to feature one of the biggest names in metal today, legendary bands that helped shape the genre, and young acts keeping it alive — that says everything about where this scene is right now. My goal is to keep building something the fans, the bands, and the entire community can be proud of, and with their support, take it even further every year.”
