Spiritbox to Play Jimmy Kimmel Live! Next Week

0

Believe it or not, but Jimmy Kimmel (or at least his booking guy) has been an ally to the modern metal scene for a while now. From Ghost playing in a mausoleum and Knocked Loose and Poppy apparently scaring the shit out of children, Jimmy Kimmel Live! has been the place to be if you’re a metal act wanting to play late night television. He’s to breakdown what Johnny Carson was to comedians — an entry way to the American household.

So that’s why it’s kinda big news for Canadian metal act Spiritbox that they’re getting their turn on the show this coming Monday, July 7. Sure, they’re a two-time GRAMMY nominated band and they’ve put out some extremely successful albums over the years, but this is their late-night debut. It will get Courtney LaPlante and the rest of the band in front of a sea of normies. That’s huge.

Fans that want to attend the performance can try to get their tickets at 1iota.com. May the odds be ever in your favor.
