Prong Unveil New Live Record ‘Live and Uncleansed’
New York City’s own groove/crossover stalwarts Prong are dropping a live album later this year and if you’ve never heard their bombastic live show, you’re gonna want to pay attention. Live And Uncleansed is comprised of recordings from seven shows that took place between July and August 2025, so you know right away you’re only getting the best takes from those shows on this release.
In the live record, guitarist and vocalist Tommy Victor, bassist Christopher Dean, and drummer Tyler Joseph rip through 11 live tracks, each one offering the most polished and well-honed version of each respective song. The album will also feature three bonus songs that have yet to be released by the band.
Speaking of the live album’s March 6 release via Steamhammer, Victor said the live album is as raw as it’s going to get.
“This is truly a live (!) record, everything is as is. You can hear some of the little mistakes here and there, but that makes it cool!”
