TAKE A LEAK: SEBASTIAN BACH FEATURING AXL ROSE ANGEL DOWN LEAKS – “STUCK INSIDE” & “BACK IN THE SADDLE”

Some clever Guns N’ Roses fan on the message boards of MyGNR.com has posted an mp3 of a new song from Sebastian Bach’s forthcoming Angel Down, “Stuck Inside,” while the GNRbar.com has a radio rip of Baz’s cover of Aerosmith’s “Back in the Saddle,”which will appear on the same album. Both tracks, of course, feature guest vocals from the elusive Axl Rose.

I haven’t had a chance to listen to “Stuck Inside” yet, but this version of “Saddle” generally strikes me as a crime against nature. Download ‘em and decide for yourself.

Angel Down comes out November 20 on MRV.

    “Back in the Saddle” is my fave-ever Aerosmith song, so I’m skipping that one (until I digest this whole album, anyway), but as for “Stuck Inside”:

    The song itself is okay. Not a bad riff, and it’s got a drive that’s easy to (casually) enjoy, but nothing too spectacular….except for the vocals. Bas sounds great. And Axl, oh man………guy can still peel the paint when he has a mind to.

    But overall, meh. Okay.

    Sebastian Bach is like every classic rock fan I’ve ever met – stuck in some bygone era, afraid or unable to move ahead. There’s nothing wrong with listening to older music, as long as you don’t just stop there and never look past {insert 19-whatever year here}.

    Love the forever-1987 hair Baz. And cut-off black band tees. And white shoes with straight-legged pants. Oh and stale, heard-them-all-a-thousand times riffs and high screams.
