DETHKLOK’S DETHALBUM III COMING IN OCTOBER

At some point this year, I decided I was just going to wait for this season of Metalocalypse to conclude and then watch all the episodes in bulk once they were released on DVD. So I haven’t seen the recently completed fourth season yet, and can’t speak to the quality of the songs that will be on Dethklok’s Dethalbum III, which, following months of teases, now has an October 16 release date.

But it’s Dethklok. And the first song on the album is called “I Ejaculate Fire,” so I have to imagine the record is really good.

I guess we’ll find out very soon! The aforementioned  Metalocalypse season 4 DVD and Blu-ray comes out October 30 to boot; meanwhile, Dethalbum III will arrive in a variety of fun special editions, include a deluxe CD/DVD version that comes with a thirty-two minute  behind-the-scenes documentary about the making of the album, and a vinyl version which will feature a “special etching” (but doesn’t come out ’til November 6).
