Teaser for At the Gates’ At War with Reality Features Almost One Whole Minute of New Music

At the Gates have released a short teaser video for their beyond-heavily-anticipated new album, At War with Reality — and it features our first sample, however brief, of the music contained on that album.

So how does this far-too-short sampling sound? Promising, for sure; it’s a very Slaughter of the Soul-esque riff, but the production sounds more modern (for better or worse), and, oh yeah, SYNTHS. I’ll be curious to see how the metal world reacts to this.
