necro_01-1.jpgIn what can only be called a victory for metalheads everywhere, death crapper – uh, rapper – Suckro has dropped off of the Sounds of the Underground tour. Read Suckro’s statment – with our comments in bold, of course – after the jump.

“I decided to leave the tour collectively with my manager and booking agent (both tour organizers) because we felt the tour’s demographic was not receiving hip hop well That’s because it’s a metal tour, numb nuts. I was facing hostile, disrespectful crowds and was returning the same energy back ten-fold by being more aggressive than them Like when you called that poor kid in NJ a “fat faggot?”. It was making a lot of people in the tour crew nervous and there was concern someone might get hurt (NOT ME) Thanks for telling us how tough you are, dingle berry. It’s pretty funny that you feel the need to go out of your way to explain you’re not doing this out of fear for your own safety, but for the safety of the crew. It was also being suggested that maybe I tone down my live show and not antagonize the already antagonistic crowd. I couldn’t roll with that as it’s not my style Nor is being talented. I was holding back enough as it is but there is a line. All the bands on the tour loved us and everyone behind the scenes knew we displayed major heart and never once got phased by the hostility. We finished every show with middle fingers up and a big fuck you to the crowd.

I will make one thing clear for the haters: we NEVER got booed OFF the stage. Not once. Yes a ton of emo kids booed us at every show It wasn’t just the “emo kids,” it was the vast majority of the crowd, but we had a twenty-five minute set every night It was the afternoon, dummy. If you can’t tell time, you can always depend on that giant bright thing in the sky to let you know if it’s night or day and we stayed on stage for every minute of it We know, it felt like an eternity, and we represented Represented who? Talentless ass clowns everywhere?. Every show had at least 100 to 200 Necro fans in the pit tearing it up Then why are you dropping off the tour?, and our meet and greets were incredible!

It’s just a shame these little kids are so close-minded “Little kids…” HA! Go try your schtick in front of the grown men and women at a Slayer or BLS show, see how they react. The majority of the hate was coming from mop top emo sixteen-year olds who have no clue who the originators of metal are But you’re not one of the originators of metal, or even a metal musician, so what does that matter?, and didn’t respect my rest in peace chant to metal legends (Dime, Cliff, Chuck, Piggy, SOB). I have so many problems with this statement I don’t know where to begin. Your exploitation of four legendary musicians who you never personally know wasn’t being disrepected; you were, because a) you should never have been on a metal tour in the first place, and b) you suck donkey balls anyway (bring those same kids to a Jurassic 5 show and see if they’re still “close minded”)

As far as the tour organizers and I are concerned, you are my peoples so it’s all love and I’m thankful for the opportunity to prove I can murder it in the worst of situations But you didn’t “murder it” – you got booed in every city and now you’re leaving the tour. This actually did a lot for me and is just one move in many my team will make to blow Necro up.” I hope for all our sakes that you’re being literal and someone will kill you via explosion real soon.
