NEW MEGADETH SINGLE ANNOUNCED

The first official single from the new Megadeth album, United Abominations, willbe a re-recorded version of the band’s decade old hit, “A Tout Le Monde,” featuring guest vocals from Lacuna Coil’s Christina Scabbia.

I actually think “A Tout Le Monde” is a great tune, and I love Christina Scabbia (in more ways than she’ll ever know), although I don’t know if I see a point in re-recording the song, let alone releasing it as the lead single from the new disc. Here’s hoping that this isn’t just an attempt by Dave Mustaine to look hip and cash in on a current trend.
