“Hero with No Name” Makes Me Wish Miss May I were the Band with No Sound

A band wrote a really great metal song about the U.S. troops — a song that’s epic and moving and metal as fuck, all at the same time.

That band was God Forbid.

Also, Miss May I have released a video for their song “Hero with No Name,” their song which seems to be at once in favor of (“I’m not going anywhere until you’re begging me/ Begging me on your hands and knees”) and against (Can you smell the horror? Taste the steel as you breathe it in/ Feels like I have no home) war.

Ugh. I mean, c’mon, dudes. Haven’t the brave men and women of our armed forces already suffered enough?
