I really thought Killer Be Killed would never play live, because coordinating the schedules of the supergroup’s three key members — Max Cavalera (Soulfly, ex-Sepultura), Greg Puciato (The Dillinger Escape Plan) and Troy Sanders (Mastodon) — would be too much of a total nightmare for even the most ambitious of booking agents.

But, hey, I was (happily) wrong! The band made their live debut as part of the Soundwave Festival in Melbourne, Australia over the weekend, with their line-up rounded out by drummer Ben Koller (Converge, Mutoid Man, All Pigs Must Die, United Nations) and Juan Montoya (MonstrO). The PRP has very helpfully rounded up some of the fan-filmed footage of the performance, which you can check out below. It would certainly appear that the show was a massive success; hopefully, the band plays other parts of the world (cough cough or just New York cough cough) sometime in the not-too-distant future.
