Stream Rotting Christ’s Double Live Album Lucifer Over Athens in Full Right Now!

Who here is excited to see Rotting Christ on tour with Watain and Mayhem this fall? Despite the fact that Rotting Christ have been around forever and toured the States several times I never managed to catch them live, and their most recent album Kata Ton Daimona Eaytoy ranked #3 on my year-end list for 2013. In other words, my enthusasim for this band has never been higher; I MUST see them this fall no matter the stakes!

The long-running Athenian metallers will release a double live album on August 21st, Lucifer Over Athens, appropriately titled given the band’s satanic themes and the location of the 2013 concert at which the set was recorded. Metal Underground has the stream, which sees the band covering material spanning their entire 27-year career. Rotting Christ sound absolutely fantastic here, so this will serve as a pretty decent stand-in until I can see them live and in the flesh in a few months.
