Fear, Emptiness, Decibel: Stream My Dying Bride’s “Hollow Cathedra” from the October Flexi!

My Dying Bride Decibel flexiIt took us 132 issues to properly honor Peaceville Three legends My Dying Bride (outside of a Turn Loose the Swans Hall of Fame), but we pull out all the stops in the October Decibel with both an MDB cover story and flexi disc. And now’s your chance to actually hear “Hollow Cathedra,” the original doom-laden lament that won’t appear on forthcoming 12th full-length Feel the Misery.

The track was written specifically for the Flexi Series after our ever-dogged Editor-in-Chief cornered guitarist Andrew Craighan at Maryland Deathfest in 2014 and wouldn’t take no for an answer (and/or plied him with copious amounts of alcohol). It pays to have friends in (very) low places. The band was good enough to return to the studio after finishing off Feel the Misery to seal the deal and make this forlorn exclusive a reality. Pick up the real thing in the October issue.
