The Contortionist Announce 2018 Headline Tour with Silent Planet, Skyharbor and Strawberry Girls

The Contortionist 2018 TourFollowing the release of their abso-fucking-lutely incredible — and year-end list topping — new album Clairvoyant earlier this year, The Contortionist headed out on tour opening for Between the Buried and Me. They’ve already announced a whole slew of 2018 tour dates opening for Nothing More along with Big Story, but no measly support tours can satiate the public’s appetite for one of metal’s hottest young bands: they’ve just announced a headliner!

Silent Planet, Skyharbor and Strawberry Girls will open, with the four-week trek hitting large swaths of the U.S. (and four dates in Canada), although big chunks of the Midwest and Northeast are unfortunately absent (maybe next time). I’ve never heard of Strawberry Girls before, but if they’ve got The Contortionist’s stamp of approval they can’t be half bad.
