“It’s Raining Bloody Bodies”: New Mash-Up Combines Slayer, the Weather Girls, and Drowning Pool

Mashing together Slayer’s “Raining Blood” and the Weather Girls “It’s Raining Men” seems like such an obvious idea, I can’t believe no one has ever thought of it before. Where this latest mash-up from DJ Cummerbund get interesting is its inclusion of Drowning Pool’s “Bodies.” So often, these mash-ups make me enjoy songs I normally loathe; such is the case here. I’ve never found “Bodies” less annoying that I do now.

As is standard for DJ Cummerbund, the track also features a brief sample of “Macho Man” Randy Savage. R.I.P., brother.
