Enlarge Lindemann's co-author, Joey Kelly, is a thousand times scarier than that snake.

Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann continues to stretch his wings creatively: have already made a short porno film this year, he has now co-authored Amazonas: Reise zum Rio Javari, a German-language picture book for National Geographic.

There’s a sophomoric joke about trouser snakes vs. regular snakes to be made here, but I can’t quite find it.

ANYWAY, here’s the official description of the book:

“Till Lindemann and Joey Kelly, two men of extremes: One is the singer of Rammstein, who strikes provocative as well as fine tones in his lyrics; the other is a member of the Kelly Family and an endurance athlete.

“Both enjoy being on the water and follow – as they did on their Yukon trip – the ‘myth’ of a legendary river.

“Exclusive photographs by Thomas Stachelhaus and Matthias Matthies tell of their adventures on the Río Yavarí, an untouched tributary of the Amazon.

“With poems by Till Lindemann and an interview with both artists.

“Exclusive photographs by Thomas Stachelhaus and Matthias Matthies.

“Extraordinary, bibliophile furnishings in opulent landscape format

“240 pages, approx. 130 illustrations, format 37.3 x 29.6 cm, hardcover with linen binding”

You can buy the book here for €79 (approximately $94).

This is Lindemann and Kelly’s second book for National Geographic, after 2017’s Yukon: Mein gehasster Freund.

Personally, I’d never heard of Joey Kelly until twenty minutes ago, but having now seen one of his music videos, I am FREAKED THE FUCK OUT that Lindemann is friends with the guy. Like, what in the holy hell mother of fuck is this??? Seriously, don’t watch it unless you’re prepared to have night terrors:

Hey, I tried to warn you…

Speaking of Lindemann’s creppy friends: Hypocrisy’s Peter Tägtgren recently quit Lindemann’s other project, which is also called Lindemann. Lindemann will continue Lindemann with other collaborators. Lindemann.
