Ghoul Announce Free Livestream for This Weekend

Got plans this Saturday? Well, ya do now, suckas!

Ghoul have announced Live in the Flesh, a special FREE livestream set to take place June 26 10:00pm ET / 7:00pm PT on the band’s Twitch (twitch.tv/therealdigestor) and YouTube channels. According to a press release, the band will be joined “Tankcrimes Records label fiend Scotty Karate” to “exchange bon mots and (virtual) bodily fluids with YOU in the most socially distant possible venue.” Sure sounds like a good time to me!

Additionally, the band is teaming up with Lo-Fi Video to release a limited run of Live in the Flesh on VHS. That will go on sale during the livestream, and each order will come with a scratch ‘n’ sniff Ghoul sticker. I wonder what those will smell like? Rotted meat? Feces? The crowd at a Morbid Angel show? Something yucky, no doubt.

Says Ghoul’s Disgestor of the news:

“Once in a while, a concert video comes along. Ghoul’s Live in the Flesh is such a concert video. If you want pathos, if you want passion, if you want prop-based heavy metal delivered with questionable technical skill, then THIS is the livestream for you.
