Watch Amon Amarth Escape the Office in “Find a Way or Make One” Video
The new Amon Amarth album, The Great Heathen Army, is a banger. The Swedish viking death metal horde sound as energized as they ever have on the record, guaranteeing at least a few guaranteed crowd pleasers like “Get in the Ring” and “Find a Way or Make One.”
The latter receives the music video treatment today to celebrate the release of The Great Heathen Army and it’s a fun one. The video shows the band playing live in an office, inspiring an uprising against the company’s shitty boss. Eventually, everyone goes to watch Amon Amarth at a different location and things get a little wild.
The video has an extra layer of humor because the lyrics are so serious—a total fist-pumper about overcoming your opponents that is sure to be played on their North American tour—and instead of giving us a war between vikings and dwarves or something, it’s a video about sticking it to the man. Humor is a good look on Amon Amarth. They’re also wearing business attire, which is worth the price of admission alone.
