Check Out All 12 Music Videos for Metallica’s 72 Seasons

0

Last week saw the release of Metallica‘s highly anticipated 12th studio album, 72 Seasons and while critical reception has been largely positive, it’s largely been a mixed bag with your average listener. I personally thought it was a pretty good, though flawed at times record.

Still, just because the album’s out it doesn’t mean that the well-oiled machine that is Metallica took the week off to cool things off before ramping back up for the kick off of the M72 World Tour. No, they had to slam us with 12 lyric videos over the last few days and rather than hit you with one post for each, we’ve collected them all here for your viewing pleasure.

This whole effort isn’t unlike the music video release that Metallica did for Hardwired…To Self-Destruct, though those videos were all dropped prior to the album’s release, so fans got to hear the album early.

As you’ll note, each video was handled by a different director with their own visual styles afforded to each. Just as with the album itself, “Inamorata” stands out in this batch of tracks/videos, so definitely check that one out.
