Bring Me The Horizon and Keyboardist Jordan Fish Amicably Part Ways

0

After more than a decade as a member of Bring Me The Horizon, keyboardist Jordan Fish is no longer a part of the band. The news came earlier this month in social media posts from separate statements from both parties, with both sides seemingly okay with the reality of the situation.

According to the band, they will continue plugging away on their next project, despite the lineup change.

“Bring Me The Horizon has decided to part ways with Jordan Fish. We want to thank him for the musical journey he took with us and wish him luck with everything in the future. Meanwhile we continue to work on Nex Gen, with brand new music coming very soon. See you on our UK tour in January.”

As the seemingly odd man out, Fish released a similarly amicable statement via social medoi saying that he was thankful for his time with the band and couldn’t wait seeing things from a fan’s perspective moving forward.

“I’m really grateful for my 11 years with the band, and extremely proud of all that we have achieved together. I look forward to hearing what they do next, and wish them every success in the future. I’m excited to start this next chapter in my career.”

Fish joined the band back in 2012. Since then he’d been featured as a performer and fellow songwriter on the “Sempiternal”, “That’s The Spirit” and “Amo” albums.

This news comes about a month before Bring Me The Horizon is supposed to head out to the U.K. for an arena tour next month. They’ve also got a new album Post Human: Nex Gen due to arrive some time next year.
