Visa Issues Force Vulvodynia to Postpone North American Tour to Next Year
The previously announced ‘Mangled & Maimed’ North American tour featuring South African deathcore outfit Vulvodynia as the headliners is getting the kibosh due to visa processing issues. Despite the cancellation, the band has promised fans that they’ll make it up in 2026.
Initially slated to run from July 24 in Atlanta until the tour’s final date on August 24 in Houston, the tour would have spanned 28 dates and crossed into Canada, as well. Along with Vulvodynia, the tour would have featured supporting acts like The Last Seconds Of Life, Organectomy, and Wormhole.
In their announcement to fans on social media, Vulvodynia explained why the dates were cancelled:
“Due to unforeseen circumstances with visa processing times, we unfortunately have to postpone our upcoming North American headline tour.
“This isn’t a decision we made lightly, and we tried to pull out every stop we could to make it happen but unfortunately there’s some things we weren’t able to work around.
“Rest assured, we plan on rescheduling for early 2026 and all tickets will be refunded from the point of purchase.
“We have a bunch of very exciting announcements regarding new music and some other things we can’t touch on just yet, but keep your eyes on our page!”
