Sharon Osbourne Gives First Statement Following Ozzy’s Passing

0

To say we’re all still depressingly reeling would be an understatement. We lost our Prince Ozzy Osbourne almost two months ago now (July 22, 2025) and nothing has been the same. The hole in our collective hearts is huge. So much so that it’s taken some time for his wife Sharon to make any sort of public statement about it. This past Friday, September 12, that changed, with Sharon posting on her social media with a heartfelt message of appreciation.

Along with a video of her and her daughter Kelly at a Cornwall Falconry range in England, which I guess is a new hobby of theirs now, she wrote:

“I’m still having trouble finding the words to express how grateful I am for the overwhelming love and support you’ve shown on social media. Your comments, posts, and tributes have brought me more comfort than you know. None of it has gone unnoticed, in fact, it’s carried me through many nights.

“Though I’m still finding my footing, I wanted to share some glorious creatures I had the chance to spend an afternoon with. The connection you make with these powerful birds is built entirely on trust and confidence. They’ll choose to perch on you only if they sense you are safe and unafraid of them. It’s a bond I know all too well, and the experience was nothing short of magical.

“I love you all, and I thank you deeply for the otherworldly amount of love you continue to send my way.”

It’s impossible to fathom what Sharon, Kelly, and Jack (along with all the other Osbournes) are feeling right now, but we’re with the m every step of the way.
