The Acacia Strain’s Latest Single “Swamp Mentality” Streaming Now
Deathcore outfit The Acacia Strain have a new album coming out next month titled You Are Safe From God Here and earlier today they released the latest single, “Swamp Mentality.”
Though the track kicks all kinds of ass, the accompanying music video is actually pretty damn funny. Definitely take a few minutes to check it out below, because it’s one of the more creative videos I’ve seen in a long while.
Speaking of the track, the band said it was indicative of the rest of album, sharing the overarching themes found within.
“The swamp is a place of rot, death, and decay; but it is also ripe with life and regeneration. You are safe from God in the points of darkness and decomposition. Seek your sanctuary. No one leaves the swamp.”
