Twisted Sister’s 2026 Festival Shows Announced as Part of 50th Anniversary Celebrations

Dee Snider may have had some harsh words for reunion tours, but with Twisted Sister’s 50th anniversary coming up, you can already sorta guess who’s got a reunion tour planned for next year. With that in mind, we now know were teh band will be playing to celebrate half a century in womens’ make up.

Starting next June and running until late August, Twisted Sister’s festival circuit will see the band play some massive shows out in Europe. The first of which will be Sweden Rock out in – you guessed it – Sweden, with the festival taking place from June 3 to June 6.

The rest of Twisted Sister’s festival run looks like this:

  • 06/3-6 – Sweden Rock – Sweden
  • 06/10 – Mind Live Arena – Milan, Italy
  • 06/19 – Graspop Metal Meeting – Dessel, Belgium
  • 06/26 – Copenhell – Copenhagen, Denmark
  • 06/27 – Tons Of Rock – Oslo, Norway
  • 07/03 – Barcelona Rock Fest – Barcelona, Spain
  • 07/10 – Midalidare Rock In The Wine Valley – Mogilovo, Bulgaria
  • 07/24-26 – Steelhouse XV – Hafod-Y-Dafal Farm, Ebbw Vale, United Kingdom
  • 08/23 – Riverside – Aarburg, Switzerland

Though he talked a lotta shit about reunion tours back in the day, Snider recently explained why it’s okay for his band to participatee in such celebrations:

“I turned 70 this year, and I had a health scare. And I’m okay… And it shook me up… I won’t say [exactly what it was], and I’m okay. But it really made me re-evaluate a lot of things. [When I was] 40, 50, 60, I thought I was superhuman. Twisted Sister retired 10 years ago when I was ripped to shreds. And then at 70, something happened, and it was a re-evaluation, quite honestly. And part of that re-evaluation was looking and saying… Am I ready to go? Well, you never know when you’re gonna go quietly to the night. You never know when your time is up. And do I really wanna do that without rocking one more time?”

So there ya have it, folks. Are you attending one of these festivals? Let us know in the comments below.
