Photos: Milwaukee Metal Fest at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee, WI, May 15-18, 2025

Last weekend, one of the coolest four-day stretches of heavy metalocity took place in “Brew City” (that’s Milwaukee, by the way) with the annual Milwaukee Metal Fest at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom. You know it. I know it. But if you happen to not know it, then let me clue you in.

For four days, bands of various metal subgenres came together to absolutely kill it for throngs of excited fans. From the modern death metal mastery of Revocation to the old school heavy metal power of Flotsam & Jetsam, there was something for everyone for four days.

Thankfully, we have someone in that part of the country willing to shoot photos for us as well. With camera in hand, Adam Zaspel acted like our heavy metal Peter Parker and got me those damn shots! And tell me he didn’t do a fuckin’ bang up job.
