MESHUGGAH + CYNIC + THE FACELESS = ERECTION

Mesuggah and Cynic are teaming up for a North American tour. I’m not even gonna try and be witty or clever or tell you how awesome this is; you either get it, or you don’t, and if you don’t, well, more tickets for the rest of us. I had to read the press release like three times before I was able to convince myself that this is really happening, but, yes, it’s really happening.
Only a handful of dates have been announced so far, which you can get after the jump. While we’re waiting for the rest of the itinerary to be released, try to keep your blood pressure down.
UPDATE: We were just told that The Faceless are doing this tour as well. HOLY SHIT, this just keeps getting better and better!!!

It almost sounds too good to be true. I’ll be there in Towson, along with my fellow MD metalheads.
I’m going to be soooo pissed if there is no St. Louis or Kansas City date. The good tours always skip St. Louis and this is my chance to finally see Cynic

OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!!!!!!! I just ate a double bacon cheeseburger and my heart feels weak now. And that was just from Meshuggah and Cynic. And I said after i found out, I said “If the Faceless opens up, then im going to have a heart attack.” Not even joking man.
There is also a date for Spokane Washington on February 9th at The Knitting Factory.

LET THERE BE AN ORLANDO DATE! i dont mean to be the all CAPS guy, but THIS TOUR IS LIKE MY WET DREAM. there really is only one thing that could make this tour better, and that would be if TEXTURES finally came to America with them. honestly, i think my brain would explode if that happend.

Ontario is the closest it gets to me, which isnt very. This is as disappointing as the time I heard Lamb of God, JFAC and The Faceless were doing shows together and they wouldn’t come to any East Coast states.
Fuckin’ A. If The Faceless are actually on this tour, they must have very wet pants from the sheer excitement of opening for two outstanding bands that have heavily influenced them. Hope this comes to Jaxx, or the DC area.
2009 concerts are gonna make me in debt.
