MetalSucks Presents: Darkest Hour, Ringworm, Tombs, Rotten Sound and Rivers of Nihil North American Tour 2017
We at MetalSucks loooove tour bills that feature variety instead of a lineup stacked with a bunch of bands that sound alike. So we’re incredibly pleased to present a tour this coming winter featuring some of our favorite bands from all across the metal spectrum: Darkest Hour, Ringworm, Tombs, Rotten Sound and Rivers of Nihil!
The trek has been dubbed the “Godless Prophets & The Migrant Flora” tour, which is also the name of the band’s upcoming album (for which they successfully crowdfunded over $67,000 earlier this year). The album was produced by Kurt Ballou, a bold and welcome new direction for Darkest Hour. That’ll drop on March 10 via Southern Lord. A certain snarky website will debut a single on Friday.
Tombs and Rotten Sound will each be doing only half the tour. The other three bands will do the whole thing, including a stop at SXSW.
