Brian Posehn Photographed With Darkest Hour Holding Mike Schleibaum’s Guitar
Comedian Brian Posehn is known for being a huge heavy metal fan and apparently that’s not just a bit in his stand-up routine. Posehn made an appearance at a Darkest Hour show in Los Angeles on Thursday night and was photographed holding Mike Schleibaum’s guitar which somehow fit Posehn despite the fact that he looks to be significantly taller than Schleibaum. It’s like if the pants from Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants were a guitar. Any metalheads seen that movie? Probably not.
Posehn posted the picture on Instagram both the picture of him with the guitar and the picture of him with Schleibaum, writing:
“Fun hang and a great show from @darkest_hour_official last night at @1720warehouse. Thanks to @theriffdojo (Mike Schleibaum) for above and beyond hospitality and letting me hold his Frankenstein V @espguitars. I want!”
The band posted on Instagram about the chance meeting, too, saying:
“Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Mr. @brianposehn AND everyone who came out to our epic LA show last night at club 1720! @1720warehouse – so many good friends, felt like a hometown show almost!”
According to Lambgoat the show was the final appearance on the tour for Mouth for War, and Filth is Eternal joins the band in Seattle on the 19th for the rest of the tour. The remaining tour dates are listed below.
